My seven year old son, the hubby, and I watched it. The movie was good enough to hold all of our interests. The hubby didn't even pick up his cell to Facebook during the movie (which was surprising). 😊 It was nice to watch a good "clean" family movie. Soooooo many family movies today use language and suggest ideas that I don't want introduced to my children. This is one that I felt was truly safe to allow my children to watch without wondering if they would pick up some inappropriate behavior. This would make a great dad/daughter date night movie. Of course, it would also be a great movie to watch for a girls soccer team.
... View MoreMy Dad's a Soccer Mom would be best enjoyed by a family with older children who are 8 and up. The movie is best enjoyed as a prime time movie, just after dinner and dishes. The cast make a believable attempt at their characters although no one is a great actor, nor does anyone have a great role. The movie plugs through and keeps one's attention during most of the movie. However, I wish that predictable movies like this one would just cut to the chase. Dessert, popcorn, sandwiches are all great snacks for this film since it does not require constant attention to all the details to enjoy this movie. So prop up your feet and relax with this movie. I give it three thumbs up out of ten.
