Lady and the Tramp II: Scamp's Adventure Trailers

Lady and Tramp's mischievous pup, Scamp, gets fed up with rules and restrictions imposed on him by life in a family, and longs for a wild and free lifestyle. He runs away from home and into the streets where he joins a pack of stray dogs known as the "Junkyard Dogs." Buster, the pack's leader, takes an instant disliking to the "house-dog" and considers him a rival. Angel, a junkyard pup Scamp's age, longs for the safety and comfort of life in a family and the two become instant companions. Will Scamp choose the wild and free life of a stray or the unconditional love of his family?

Buster just wanted every dog to be free, I do not know what is wrong with that. Two little doggies were way too young for a relationship. Making babies like crazy is NOT the answer.

Lady & The Tramp II Scamps Adventure is a direct to VHS sequel of the most classic dog romantic film of all time Lady & The Tramp. With only a 66 minute running time the film tells the tale of Scamp(Tramp and Lady's son) who wants to be a wild dog as his sick and tired of all the rules his father has given him,and he meets up with these streetwise dogs as a local do catcher is after them and one in particular takes a shine to Scamp(voiced by Scott Wolf)called Angel(voiced by Alyssa Milano from Charmed),and Scamp escapes and follows after her. Scamp later meets the ruler of the Junkyard(voiced by Chazz Palimentiri)who tests Scamp if he wants to be one of them. But Scamp later finds out that his dad was a streetwise dog too before he fell in love with Lady(his mother). So will Scamp choose the junkyard life over his own family?Bottom line this is not a patch on the 1955 original film. With different voice actors(one is Jodi Benson who voices Ariel from The Little Mermaid and Jeff Bennett who is in a lot of animated films having voiced Pip in Enchanted),and some new songs including Family and the same people who voiced Hercules(young Hercules Roger Bart) and Meg(Susan Egan),Lady & The Tramp 2 is a decent straight to VHS film. Not the best but still worth checking out if you are a fan of the original film and love dogs and animal films in general. 5/10 Average but nice.

Disney began to milk their back catalogue for all it was worth in the late nineties/ early 2000's and this film was a prime example. Did we need a sequel to Lady and The Tramp? No. But we ended up having one and the result is an enjoyable but basic straight to DVD sequel which is where many of these ended up.The story is simple and it veers down a similar path to the far superior original. The songs serve their purpose and there are some nice references to the original. However with many of these sequels that vital spark that made the original so good is missing and because of this the magic just isn't there. We see the film, we enjoy the film but we don't come away loving the film. It just doesn't have the same effect of the original because we as an audience know that it is a sequel put together to rake in a bit of money for Disney and to look good in a two pack DVD set with the original Lady and the Tramp.Overall as the summary says this is an unneeded sequel but does prove to be enjoyable enough viewing for adults and kids.

Well, first of all, it's not a bad movie. It is good, and I like the characters introduced. I also like Lady and Tramp's voices more in this. However, I would like to see Lady And Tramp more. I know it says 'Scamp's Adventure', and I love Scamp And Angel to bits, but it's a sequel to the original, where in my opinion, they should of just released it as 'Scamp's Adventure', not 'Lady And The Tramp II:Scamp's Adventure'.Tramp did have quite a role, but he didn't have much time with Lady. But anyway, the songs are quite good, and Scamp and Angel are sweet. I've seen better sequels, but hey, it's not a failure.I give it 7/10. Very good, but still had flaws.
