even not surpassing the first, this second film is very satisfying in my opinion, I always liked the Tarzan as a kid, and when I saw Tarzan 2, I found that the story is when it's a child, it's very cool to see the classics characters reappear children, I loved this movie, it is advisable for young people is a very underrated, but it's a great sequence, as many sequences of Disney films which has a cool animation and that much fun to young people.Tarzan 2 is stored by me in my heart, when I think about my childhood is hard not to think of this movie, don't underestimate this movie, if you like something fun and funny, this film is for you, if you like something more mature and serious, look for another movie or watch the first

I really, really like the first Disney's animated Tarzan movie. The story was good and the dialog was inventive and funny. Maybe I'm just tired of animated movies, but watching this Tarzan II was a let down. The story is very simple. Boy Tarzan is frustrated because he can't run fast enough and isn't strong enough, and gets separated from his family when a tree across a deep ravine crashed down while his family is crossing in a storm. He evades one trouble and ends up in the presence of the old ape (George Carlin) who tells Tarzan that he isn't an ape. So Tarzan sets out to figure out what he really is.So, with the help of his friends he finally is reunited with, and his mother, he figures out what he is -- a "Tarzan", someone who can figure out things that the apes can't. So, in a sense, this is the very beginning of what he was to become, Tarzan of the jungle.

Disney's "Tarzan II" is a fun family film to watch, and I must say that it is much, much better than "Tarzan and Jane." This sequel centers around Tarzan's childhood, and what he had to go through while seeking his real identity. All the lovely characters are back of course, with other new fun characters. The animation of this film was quite satisfying and the songs by Phil Collins were also lovely. I have to say, however, that this film is mostly for kids but it has some good laughs for adults though . Also, do not expect this sequel to be better than the original "Tarzan" but still, it is a good one compared to other sequels, and is worth watching.

I liked this movie, it's cute and shows Tarzan's problems as a child. You can see many of the characters of the first movie again, And see a little bit of Tarzan's childhood. But I preferred the first movie, since there is more action and comedy, and, we cannot forget, romance. When I heard that Disney's studios were going to do a second movie of Tarzan, I was thinking that they were going to show Tarzan's and Jane's life in the jungle. So, for me, I stayed a bit disappointed when I saw that it was about Tarzan's childhood. But okay. It's Disney, so, it's cute.
