The movie was very good with good acting by all the actors. Songs and BGM in the movie was very good. Everyone acted very well in the movie.

Movie Marathon V.3 # 196After the debacle of Thodari and Thangamagan, Ace Actor Dhanush is back with the powerpacked performance in directorial venture of R.S. Durai Senthil Kumar. The Story revolves around the twin brothers Kodi and Anbu, their lives, love interests and their fight against a toxic Mercury dumping factory in the township. Dhanush's performance was top notch. He was too brilliant in both characters. Trisha, WOW, she delivered her career best performance. Dubbing was the only negative in her performance. Anupama who .debuted in Premam was the real surprise for me that she acted out in ease. Karunas, though in a small role, but was good. Sharanya, as usual a good mother character was an easy job.The movie had some clichés but the story and screenplay was engaging. Durai did an excellent job in narrating this story. The first half was good with romance, comedy and some action and turns into a serious one in the second. Santhosh Narayanan's Background Score added spice to this flick. Songs were hummable and the background score was really apt to the play. Action Choreography fared well. Camera-work, Lighting all worked well ..All in whole, an above average and engaging Political Thriller with mesmerizing performances from Trisha & DhanushMy rating 7 on 10

A Political drama set in village background with good dose of commercial elements. Dhanush never done this kind of role previously people see a new angle in Dhanush acting in this movie. Santosh Narayan music and background scores are plus points in this movie.Director R.S. Durai Senthilkumar had done a good job in this movie he never made audience feel boring in his previous movies Ethir Neechal and Kaaki Sattai too . There are no scenes in this movie to make audience dizzy. Kodi surely is a block buster of this Deepawali. As a fan of Dhanush i feel satisfied for this stuff in this movie. I was much dissatisfied with his previous releases but Kodi is a relief from both of these movies.
