On Halloween Dora Vogel (Chloe Rose) discovers she is 17 and pregnant. Not understanding how, the doctor (Rossif Sutherland) tells her it only takes once. Depressed, Dora opts to stay home alone on Halloween and soak in bath salts, less effective than smoking them. She becomes harassed by semi-mute trick-or-treaters wanting her child which is developing abnormally fast under the blood red moon. 48 minutes into the film we get that oh so great explanation from Robert Patrick, summed up, "This has happened before." Sorry for that plot spoiler explanation.Needless to say the film doesn't give you real closure. Sometime things are supernatural, sometimes not. The kids in various burlap garb provide for a nice creep factor, unfortunately there wasn't a story to go with it.Guide: F-bomb. No sex or nudity.

Hellions is a garbage movie it was so bad that it made me angry for watching it, it was filled with sh!t that didn't make sense an awful pink hue to most of the movie and a plot that doesn't explain itself, this movie should be burned and never watched don't even waste your time.

And that usually is a good thing, if a director does not copy one of his best movies. On the other hand, this is so far out, it won't please most of the people watching it. I even can't tell exactly what it is or what it is aiming for exactly. I just know that it is very otherworldly and it has a lot of fantasy involved.Some might argue, that it's sophisticated, some might just think it's annoying. It can also be considered boring I reckon, depending on what you expect from it. You cannot deny that it has a flavor to it, it does have a certain look and feel to it, that you'll either like or hate. I'm not even sure everyone will consider this a horror movie, although it does have all the ingredients. It's just weird and hard to explain ... like a weird dream/nightmare you may not be able to escape ...

I am so glad I did not have to pay to watch this movie. I watched it on TV).It is confusing as hell. The use of colour filters are too excessive. You can tell it is a low budget B (maybe even C) movie. There are less than 10 characters in the movie.If you are expecting a typical horror movie, you would be sorely disappointed.This movie is as confusing as Rosemary's Baby and Naked Lunch. If you like David Cronenberg's movie, then this is for you. Otherwise stay away!
