Two people who has terminal disease discovers that they have gifts from heaven awaiting along the way as they travel their final journey.Masato (Tomoya Nagase) is a temporary worker. One day he loses his job and is also declared with a terminal case of brain tumor. At the hospital he meets Harumi (Mayuko Fukuda) - a 15 year old girl who's also declared with terminal case of cancer. Together they ditch out of hospital. Masato turns Harumi onto things she would have not experienced if she stayed at the hospital such as drinking liquor. Harumi confesses that she would like to be kissed by a prince charming, and see the ocean before she dies. Masato in order to realize her dream steals a car that belongs to an entrepreneur. They gas up at the gas station, but has no money to pay. While searching the glove compartment, Harumi finds a gun. Masato takes the gun and knocks off the gas station. Now a fugitive, but with some money, they decide to go on a shopping spree for clothing. After shopping, they discover a box filled with money in the trunk of the car. Now wealthy, they shack up at a hotel living the high life. At the hotel they see the newscast that Masato is wanted for robbery and kidnapping of Harumi. Just then police arrives at the hotel looking for the two. They escape by stealing the uniform from two police officers, and taking the police car. Masato takes Harumi to a host club to let her choose her prince charming to give her her first kiss. Then the entrepreneur who Masato stole the car shows up and at gun point demands to have the money back. Their journey interrupted, will Masato be able to realize Harumi's last wishes before their time runs out ?The coincidences and the timing of when and how the police, and the bad guys shows up is very artificial in this story, taking away its believability. But if you see the movie as a fantasy, then everything makes better sense. It's Masato and Harumi's escapade to forget their grim fate. Fortune is on their favor literally, and the entertainment is in how they stumble across the fortune as they go through their journey.
