I saw this movie when I was about 6 years old and I loved it. This is definitely a movie for dog lovers and kids. I thought this movie was so great. I watched it everyday and it still never got old. I haven't seen this movie in 5 years but I still would watch it everyday. I recommend this movie to others. I really would love to see this wonderful movie again someday when I have the money to buy it. This is a must see movie And I believe anyone could love it if they just take the time to watch it. I hope everyone gets the chance to watch this movie and enjoy it as much as I have. Even if you are an adult this is a great movie. This movie is by far my favorite movie.

'Good Boy!' a typical dog flick about the bond between people and their dogs. The target audience is children and families with children. I wasn't expecting anything pathbreaking but it's still a charming fun film if you're watching it with the family. 'Stepmom's' Liam Aiken does quite a decent job as the teenager tired of having to move from place to place and finally finds a friend in a dog, a talking dog...from outer space. As corny and silly as it is, the sci-fi angle was a funny touch. Imagine a planet inhabited by dogs. Molly Shannon and Kevin Nealon play the typical parents but their screen presence is strong. Of the voice cast, Matthew Broderick leads the way and he is great in the title role. Anyway, as stated earlier, 'Good Boy!' isn't the best of its kind but its certainly more watchable than 'Cats and Dogs 2'.

Good Boy has a stupid story to it but it has the comedy for the younger viewers that watch it. I personally think it's good but really bad. Cute story but seriously some cheesy acting from Liam Aiken, Molly Shannon, and Kevin Nealon. Good Boy finally gives dogs their movie that they deserve. People will laugh at some and just dis some parts. This movie is 4 stars. 2 because I like it and another 2 because it sucked big time. That together gives my vote 4 stars. Don't get me wrong if you want to watch this for a family movie night it is a good choice if your into dogs and space science fiction type stuff. Liam Aiken playing Owen gives a cheesy performance. But still a good one as well.

This is a great movie for anyone. I bought the DVD a week ago and I must have watched it 11 times since!! O.K., the whole dogs as aliens thing is a little strange, but it sure is cute. This movie is about a 12 year old boy named Owen (Liam Aiken) who walks neighborhood dogs so he can make money to buy his own dog. Owen finally gets his own dog and names him Hubble. But Hubble isn't your ordinary dog. Turns out Hubble is an interplanetary agent from the dog star Sirius and he can TALK!! In fact all the dogs Owen walks can talk, too. Owen discovers that dogs were first sent to Earth to rule the world. What makes this movie so entertaining is the voices of the dogs. Lets see, there is Mathew Broderick, Delta Burke, Donald Faison, Cheech Marin, Brittany Murphy, Vanessa Redgrave, and Carl Reiner. This movie is a must see!!
