If you enjoyed the titles Swimming Pool and A Bigger Splash then this is your film. It's tense and lovely. Check it out and you tell me what you think. Set in beautiful countryside a couple (with some issues) meets a bohemian couple in their pool. The rest plays out. Given the other review that I read here I wasn't going to watch it- but was glad that I did.

These type of films seriously offend the viewer,test the patients & kill brain cells i would say in a nutshell,it fails on all levels to hold the attention.I sit through this mess of a movie hoping things would be better but there are no complains about the pace or the script what this film lacks is the focus that director failed to execute in the middle the characters are like dumb & dumber with serious tone,sleepwalking while the story gets out of hand,there is a swimming pool in the house worth looking at.The Plot:a couple comes to a remote area of the country hoping their problems would be solved soon but another couple makes an entry there,all was going well until an accident happens that turns everyones lives upside down.The Cast:excuse me but who are these actors the makers should have casted some mutes or dwarfs the project might looked good,none of them had any idea about dialogs delivery.This film is boring i have seen enough films that are boring then this but have some good moments this don't even have one,the one thing everyone will get mad about is that the couple committed a crime & they are getting away,plus no police anywhere its just needs Liam Neeson and some action scenes.Overall Fossil 2014 is not even a one time watch so better save your money & time on this long drama about secrets if you watch a good film watch Raaz 2002 the best film ever made my rating is 2/10.Skipp It.
