This movie goes on the list of "another cheese Christian movie." To me this one is full of cliché lines, predictable plots, and a complete rip off of the movie Crash staring Don Cheadle and Sandra Bullock. The only redeeming thing about this movie is that it has Sean Austin in it. The only actor who can act and has made a great name for himself in Hollywood, with his most famous roll, Sam in the Lord Of The Rings. I Don't Believe I wasted my time.
... View MoreVery well done.! Excellent job in developing characters and weaving the plot. This is real life. It is the way life can be. It was very enjoyable as well. I felt the genuineness or authentic nature of each of the characters and situations were woven into an intricate storyline. I would recommend this movie to everyone. Sean Astin did a great job. Lee Majors awash excellent. Bosworth was my favorite character along with Lilly. The pastor and his wife are very good as well. So many different types of people interface in this film. Racism is not an issue. Lower SES is also not an issue. It is a great family movie
... View MoreI saw this movie without knowing its content, I was so impressed by the story and how the writer, director and the whole cast did a great effort to spread the name of God and Jesus Christ in the hearts of others. It really touched my heart first as a Christian second as a human. I hope that it can do the same to others , it will do that for sure to many people , something that i am sure about. If you are not a believer I am quite sure that you may consider a chance with God, he will surely accept it and if you are a believer this movie will, I hope, spread the faith to your whole life and soul. This movie deserves 10 stars for sure not less.

You could say it was "cheesy" if you want and some might say "melodramatic" but I applaud it's message! In a day and time when we see and hear about so much gun violence and are filled with a false sense of reality thanks to people being more concerned with outward appearances than inner values, I believe that we all need more movies like this! As a Christian, I feel that it's unpopular these days to profess one's faith, regardless of what that may be. I honestly believe that those who score this movie so low are people who are afraid of Christianity and perhaps afraid of believing in anything greater than ourselves. Why is it so okay to enjoy such far fetched films like Harry Potter or The Lord of the Rings which are fictional but it is not "ok" to hear about God!? Should you compare this to "God is Not Dead"? It's similar in theme but I honestly like it better. If you liked "Heaven is Real" you'll like this too. Regardless of the acting (which I am not critiquing), this movie should be watched with an open mind and heart. One should ask themselves how they are professing their faith and living their lives.
