I gave this film a look because I've considered video taping my night's sleep to better understand my sleeping habits. I think there really is no "story" in this film. It's a repetitive incident for Dale, and then there're all his victims - a single group of victims. Very few events: just one tense moment, then another, with the lead character waking up over and over and over. I consider a story to be a stream of events that give the characters or the viewers something to learn -- better yet when viewing a flick inspires some new insight into the characters, or yourself, or new aspects of fear, and the unknowns, lying just beyond "normality". And yes, I have seen "horror" films with content and rather genuine characters.Nothing like that in this film. Funny, that the reviewers say the film was just "ok", then gave it 3, 4, or 5 stars. On Netflix, I assume the star ratings are determined from collected entries by members who have viewed and rated the pic. Virtually ALL their "horror" films are rated at 1, or 2 stars (okay these are out of a possible 5 stars). But very rarely will you see one with a 3 star rating; so, in this case : NO, if a 3 star is given to the "best" horror flicks, and 2 stars to the most average ones, and then 1 star to the worst, I'd have to give this film a 1 star (out of 5). I was so bored by it that I fast forwarded throughout my viewing, looking for something with a little meaning or depth (I could tell what was happening by just watching 2 out of every 3 minutes, on average). Why have I given it even a "2"? The lead actress was going on overdrive through the entire film. That has to be worth something.

Watching this movie i was thinking this is a fu##ed up version of Mientras duermes (2011), which i thought will be good.And to my surprise was not, after we get what was going on the movie started to turn into a POS, actually a big one.The music in this movie ... all the fu##ing time announce me that something's up, i hate when they use that gimmick.Of course the ending who saved this movie was actually pretty good, i didn't expect that but let's be honest this sh#te doesn't deserve more than 6 and 6 only for the ending, it's an average movie.If you have doubts about this before buying it, take my advice and don't waste your time and money.

One of my favorites now.Great story, excellent acting. I enjoyed it from beginning to end with two very small caveats. SPOILERS NOW: At the end the woman is crawling for a long period after no injuries. Why the hell doesn't she get up when she can? Also, she picks up a .45 and fires three times one handed without missing a shot. Most men can't do that, much less thin women with no training. She's shown after holding with both hands, another mistake.END SPOILERS: The twist and the final double twist made it fun. I will watch this again with others because it deserves to be seen. Nine of ten because of the glitches that took me out. Maybe others won't even notice. I hope so, this deserves to be seen. And people deserve to see it.

This movie is a mashup of Nightmare on Elm Street, Paranormal Activity, The Entity and Halloween. This is a low budget movie with relatively good casting but poor directing and weak script.The movie is about a girl who has nightmares of being assaulted - but wakes up in a different place and in different clothes - suggesting that she was moved. She gets pregnant in the process which makes the hubby furious since he's sterile and thinks his wife is cheating on him.The main problem is that you already know who the villain is very early on - because of the creepiness of the character. The only remaining piece to the puzzle is how the event happens.I'll save you the bother of watching this sleeper. The creepy neighbor did it. He did it by killing his victim after he raped her and then bringing her back to life - which removes the memory of the assualt - kind of like the date rape drug. The story had potential - but should have been developed further including the one - dimensional characters.
