One of the worst films we have seen in a long time. Story is full of plot holes and in the end zero emotion. Just don't really care about any of the characters. Forced and contrived mixed with special effects that are not even special. The 1 star reviews are true. Nothing here to see folks. Best to move on.

I've quite honestly never read the original books, but i feel like if i did it would be a completley different experience! Other than a few well acted sad moments this film was very average. Its quite hard to follow, the characters are so vague and the story doesn't actually make much sense! Don't think i will be watching it a second time....

Z-z-z-z-z-z-z It was worse than a snooze. I had shut off the DVD player before it short circuited on this mess. I really loved the book as a kid. Too bad this was done to it.

A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle contains not only great thoughts on reality but a wonderful story. Her overtly Christian theology was exchanged for trite universalism. It could've been wonderful, but Disney ruined this masterpiece. The story only vaguely resembles the book and has a few quotes. L'Engle is certainly rolling over in her grave.
