This is one of the best light comedies for many a year - it is brilliantly acted, cleverly directed and even the credits are well designed. It's not edgy but who cares - it's out-and-out fun

If , like me, you momentarily feel the first of season 3 is not quite up to the standard of previous seasons, maintain the faith: the last season is the best of all. For those who haven't discovered this excellent show yet, you're really missing out. Kerry Howard & Zoe Boyle star as 2 hapless witnesses caught in web of ineptitude and iniquity. Their chemistry is perfect, and they're strongly supported by an excellent cast (Samuel Anderson is especially good, and grows in his role.) and a, sometimes macabrely, funny script.

As with every show from the UK, the humor and pace here are a bit different than what I'm used to from American shows, but it got me hooked from episode one. It's quirky, it's different, and it's also funny. It doesn't beat around the bush much, sometimes the humor gets dark, but if you enjoy UK comedies, this should be right up your alley.I'd say the show isn't for everyone, but I myself sure do enjoy it and I'll be pouting at how short the season is going to be (so short ;<).The plot progresses at a fast pace and I'm glad they didn't go with some problem-of-the-week structure. Things change episode to episode and I sure didn't expect that from a comedy. But I approve wholeheartedly!

Synopsis: Having witnessed a crime, 2 ordinary women find themselves on the right side of the law, but on the lamb none the less. ( How's my cockney idiom? It's been a while since I saw Minder.) Since watching the program, I've looked up the pedigree of the writers and was unsurprised to find they have, in the past, produced work I've really enjoyed. This series is spot on: the women in the leads are bright, vivacious, beautiful, and their comedic timing is perfect. The supporting cast, many of whom I hope will become regulars, are equally adroit. At the time of writing the next episode is going to air tomorrow evening, if you're reading this before that time I'd be catching the first episode shortly before hand to give myself a double treat on 29/04/2016. Well worth watching. I'm entirely confident this show will maintain a bullet fast momentum, set in the first episode.
