I love Wanda! There is no doubt that she is very very funny! I watched her on comedy central a lot and she was amazing and so funny, so I was very excited when I heard that she was getting her own show! But her show is indeed "Wanda". It is the real deal, but It seems very watered down, possibly censored. Normally there is 2 or 3 VERY GOOD laughs in each episode that keep me coming back for the first season and I think that the supporting players need time to grow. They just fall in the background as of now.So the second season should be something to look forward to!!!

I have adored Wanda since I saw her stand-up special on comedy central. She is one of the most talented commedians I have seen in a long time. Since I follow her I was in heaven when she got her show, which is wonderful. My family and I have already made it part of our routine and cannot wait for it to come back next year. It's good to see a decent sitcom come from the "reality tv network".

The most entertaining part of this show is Wanda's reporting segment. These bits are both as funny and as biting as anything Michael Moore did on "TV Nation" or "The Awful Truth". He must be kicking himself for not coming up with what Wanda did in the first episode's gun control story.Let's hope Fox doesn't catch on and start dumbing down and toning down this show. It's a welcome relief from all the "reality TV" crap.

There's only been two episodes of this show, but, from those two, this show is one of the best comedies - definitely the best comedy to come out of the last few years.Wanda Sykes plays Wanda Hawkins. She lives in the same apartment building with her sister-in-law (Tammy Lauren) and her sister-in-law's son. Her wit and sarcasm lands her a job at a local TV station as a reporter.Wanda Sykes is HILARIOUS. Both episodes kept me laughing from start to finish. If you aren't watching it, I really suggest you do. With the crazy stuff going on today, we need a good laugh. And this show delivers with excess. It's not just a show for black or white, young or old, etc.Great show so far. Has the makings of an all-time best comedy show.Rating: 10/10
