I love this show soooo much. I back when it was all on Netflix I would watch all 20-something seasons like 2-3 times a year. James, Richard, and Jeremy are one of the greatest television host trios of all time. As much as they seems to hate each other on screen they're that loyal off the screen as we found out about Jeremy loosing his job with BBC. They are really funny and I love this show alot
... View More(Old crew 9 Stars)The dearly departed trio had chemistry in spades, and sadly the new guys can't even begin to compete. Granted they try hard, but it would have been better to completely revamp the show rather than try to resurrect the old. Watching these otherwise talented actors is like watching someone try to light soggy newspaper with wet matches.Hang up the driving gloves boys and find something to make your own rather than living in the shadow of giants. The real Top Gear has gone to a better place, and lo its name is Amazon.

Now that they are gone the show has gone downhill rapidly. The chemistry is gone. The wit is gone. The camaraderie is gone. The magic is gone.Go watch The Grand Tour and compare that show to the current Top Gear. There's a reason Top Gear is rated lower even though they have built in advantages. Is Jeremy a prima-donna and hard to manage? I bet the BBC would say yes. And maybe he is. But there is also no one more talented.

View MoreClarkson is definitely an acquired taste and you are either going to love him or hate him but he speaks his mind, doesn't care if he offends or is un-PC (very refreshing in todays TV) and is funny. James May is the opposite as he tries to be the most considerate and polite (most noticeable when they are in other countries) and is basically an English gentleman with some very good, witty, dry one-liners. Hammond is the most 'normal' and is basically just having fun and acting like a fat kid in a sweet shop. The cinematography is amazing as are each of the different segments. The interviews with the stars are very good and you genuinely get the feeling they want to be there rather than being obligated to be there to push their next film, record, etc, and as a consequence the interviews can be excellent.
