This be is a great show but more for a 5 pm audience than 9 pm. Bob Beckel has got to go! He has so few functioning brain cells left that he can't stay on the topic, is a waste of time and makes liberals look wacko. Juan Williams is much better on the panel and is likable and pleasant.

"The Five" is presently one of FOX News' most successful analysis programs. It follows the general tone of the network – criticize wicked "Democrat" people and their "Liberal Media." A sampling of shows finds the discussion focusing on issues related to President Barack Obama. Every story presents the President in a negative light. A typical telecast finds the panel discussing what would normally be a positive story concerning Obama – the capture of the terrorist who is believed to be the mastermind behind the Benghazi attack which killed four US diplomats. There is no credit given to Obama for commanding the criminal's capture. Instead, "The Five" is critical of the terrorist being put on trial. The panel believes he should be put in "Gitmo" for life or killed without a trial...Most interesting was the speculation that the terrorist would likely be "paid" to say he was influenced by "a video" to attack US diplomats. This was reported last month by The New York Times. It did not receive attention on FOX News because, frankly, it does not fit their narrative. It is interesting to see it mentioned on "The Five" in this manner – most likely, they are setting up viewers to disbelieve the terrorist's testimony, if he happens to mention the video as an influence. Of course, this is a reference to Muslims around that time being offended by a "YouTube" video. This may be why the panel opposes a trial...Previously, this program followed the FOX News speculation – most evident on other programs – that the capture of the Benghazi terrorist (Ahmad Abu Khattala) was "orchestrated" by Obama to assist Hillary Clinton, who had just begun a book tour promoting her "Hard Choices" (in reality, this "book tour" is a preview of her likely Presidential run – which could be said to prove both sides think we're stupid). The most dominant host of "The Five" is snickering Greg Gutfeld, who also toes the party line on "Red Eye". To laughably prove their claim as "fair and balanced" the show includes rotund Liberal Democrat strategist Bob Beckel. To be perfectly honest, Mr. Beckel's primary function on "The Five" is to make the majority Conservative Republicans look young and hip. Mission accomplished.** The Five (7/11/11-7/2/14) Greg Gutfeld, Eric Bolling, Dana Perino, Bob Beckel, Kimberly Guilfoyle

Greg Gutfeld is an entertaining anchor, but Greg's humor is hit and miss. I believe Greg's bad humor is deliberate. "The Five", just like Greg, is a hit and miss show for me. "The Five" depending on the topic discussed is either riveting or loses the viewer's attention. What makes "The Five" entertaining, and educational is the clash of ideas, liberal, conservative, female, male, rich, poor etc. Bob Beckel stands up well and creates a synergy with the other four anchors. What keeps "The Five" balanced is the mix of seriousness and humor, which Greg interjects with the other hosts. I actually find the show more entertaining when I listen to "The Five" on radio over watching "The Five" on T V. The voice tone, and arguments are clearer on radio. I don't watch or listen to the five all the time, but when I do I give "The Five" a seven out of ten.

I watch the FOX news channel and I know many people do not depending on their politics, anyway I think one of the best and most fun little shows is "The Five". It features a table discussion between five hosts all FOX news analyst who discuss topics from current events to media, pop culture, law, entertainment and most carved up is politics. Bob Beckel(former Walter Mondale campaign manager) is the panel's only liberal and leaning democrat yet he's nice and always makes good arguments he's a joy to hear. And funny guy Greg Gutfeld brings humor as he always makes fun at crazy liberals and says the media should give conservatives a break! And Eric Bolling is a direct tough stated right wing guy who makes good arguments. And educated and elegant lady Dana Perino(former Bush press secretary)always gives good insight and thoughtful points she's smart. And now my favorite two parts of the show it's double eye candy and both have legs and know how to use them! First the hot and attractive attorney and FOX legal analyst Kimberly Guilfoyle she's such a pleasure to view I love when the camera's on her and it's fun when she sings to the music between topics! Then enter Greek Pennsylvania beauty the sexy Andrea Tantaros(former republican adviser)this gal knows her politics she fights for republicans and conservatives it's nice to see two beauties are on the side of the right! Overall both are knockouts who dress fit to kill! Overall good fun show if you watch FOX news then watch "The Five"
