This show is a pretty decent attempt for Nickelodeon to start a sitcom based on a minority group, although it doesn't have much pizazz because there are so many shows like it, showing the exact same family unit. While some episodes make me want to change the channel, there a couple that are pretty good ones, too. The acting is....well, from a 1-10 I'd give it a 6-7. When I first watched this show, I thought it was so stupid because, in my opinion, it didn't depict the average Hispanic-American family. For instance, A LOT more Spanish is spoken in my house, even though both my parents speak English. We don't argue about topics like going to church (and neither do any of my friends), not speaking Spanish, or any other stupid subject they would argue about. After a while, I realized that this is only a kid's show made by people who just want to entertain. This program grows on you, though. Overall, it's a pretty OK show.

The show harks back to the likes of "The Wonder Years" with an adult narrator talking about being a kid. But isn't this show set in present time? Has anyone else asked that question?I like the show. I don't mind my children seeing it.

I first saw this show a few months ago and it is very good. I like the little tune at the end but theres hardly any episodes. just like Tucker and Two of a kind but it is funny.

This is such a great show,the best sitcom nickelodeon made other than shows like eddie mcdowell and anamorphes.The show has ways to make u laugh and jump around,also it is a great family.WAHHHHHHOOOOOO
