    The Grand Master

No Ordinary Family resembled a show that could have easily been a cartoon. Perhaps it would have worked if it was an animated show. It failed as a live action comedy. It could have easily been a plot idea to a sequel to The Incredibles or the Fantastic 4. It seemed to rip off every superhero movie and TV show from the past. One could not help but think what was Michael Chiklis doing signing onto this show, given that I still think of his famous role as corrupt gang police detective Vic Mackey in The Shield. After the first episode, I lost all interest in the show. It was so bad I don't think I even finished the first episode as it was so bad. I didn't even bother watching any further episodes as the show was terrible. The show turned out to be a one season wonder when it was cancelled after one season. I'm positive many fans out there were filthy when the show was cancelled. 1/10.

I love this show I hate the fact that they canceled this show, cant they put it on the family channel if there isn't enough violence or sex or lying or people fighting about there cheating spouse. This was an awesome show and to end it leaving all those stones unturned.Who ever made that decision should get his ass kicked. Is there a web site to see what ratings of shows are and see if cougar town is any better.I don't think so... yes I did find a site with ratings and cougar town had 1.4 million 4th place that night in all syndicated channels. anyway they mom on this show is already doing a new show on the syfy channel.I wonder if any show has ever been canceled and then brought back...

I absolutely love this show, and so does my family. We never had time to sit down to watch this show on TV. Instead we caught up on episodes on Netflix. My siblings and I sat with each other and watched every episode and were dismayed to find out the show was canceled and that we wouldn't get to see the triumphs of the Powell family. There are so many shows on television today that aren't appealing to both adults and children, but No Ordinary Family was. There are only so many things that i can bare to watch with my younger siblings, and the same applies to them with me. My siblings and I would love to have this show back on air. It gave us a chance to bond, and it was a show that they actually paid attention to( they are a rambunctious lot). The one thing I enjoyed the most about the show were the family values and life lessons involved. It literally brought tears to my brothers eyes(and they are 6 and 8) watching the struggles of the family, and they would cheer at their victories. How many times have you seen that from the television programs of today? For me, this was a first. But it brought my family closer(believe it or not) and i would love if they brought the show back. That is my review of this amazing family show. Thanks :)

I was very interested in this show after reading the synopsis, I thought it would make a funny and entertaining show.Unfortunately, the writing is so bad that it's neither entertaining nor funny. The only fun to get out of it is to sit down with people and note who can see the most plot-holes, inconsistencies and cheap plot devices; it makes for a very active game since that's all there is throughout every episode.I would like to see this show idea redone with writers who can actually write.I gave 3 stars because the cast and crew work extremely hard to try to make what is the most inane writing on TV today actually work. They fail but, honestly, anybody would.
