This show is the best PBS Kids show yet. Some shows on here such as Caillou and Dragon Tales Completely suck. and some other shows like Arthur and Clifford The Big Red Dog Rock. Well it is a pretty good show currently. Because the adventures are so hilarious. and the characters are so funny. I hope this show keeps on the air forever.

While there are a few good episodes, they are spread far and few. Basically, this is a bad show. Hal always goes "Wink Wink," and "Wink Wink" is also part of a Monty Python joke that's kind of inappropriate. It would be better if he did one wink and didn't say wink. Also, is waving your arms when saying "It floooooows!" really necessary? And of Nature Cat was really into nature, he would know that bees sting, mosquitoes bite, and that poison ivy gave you a rash. Also, I think Daisy carrying her phone around is making them hypocrites. If they really want to send a message, make her put her phone away. Or just have her using it for pictures and videos! And I never thought Nature Cat would like wearing a hula skirt. That's just wrong on so many levels. It would've been different it he did it as a joke or on a dare. They also did a bad job on the moon episode. Wolves and dogs howling at the moon is a myth! They howl to communicate with each other. And seriously, a moon dance? A rain dance, sure, but a moon dance? If you really want to learn about moon phases, then watch Ready Jet Go. And again, Nature Cat and Hal should know that you should get inside right away when a thunderstorm's coming. Forget the book and forget about wiping your feet!

This program is very informative for kids and adults. It teaches kids about the outdoors. Today it had how streams form when the snow melts on higher ground and flows down in streams of different sizes. It showed how the streams break up and the water runs underground and can come up in a stream not far away. The show talks about nature and how to take care of it. It is funny and has cute looking characters. The art, animation, images and colors are bright and beautiful. The show is on PBS Kids. Anyone any age can learn something and enjoy the colorful backgrounds on "Nature Cat".

I watched Nature Cat with my 7 year old son. It was like a kind of torture.PBS has backed some really excellent kids' shows, like Curious George and Peg+Cat. One wonders how the same network could possibly invest in dreck like Nature Cat.Nature Cat's lame catchphrase, "Tally Ho!," wears out its welcome even before the end of the title sequence. That is just one symptom of the poor writing in this show.Perhaps in a fit of jealousy, I thought "Cobie Smulders deserves better than this no-talent Taran Killam" (the voice of Nature Cat). But on second thought, that's unfair. I mean, look at Owen Wilson. He has done voice acting for Cars, a wonderful animated feature, as well as for Free Birds, a real turkey. From this we should conclude that the voice actors deserve neither credit nor blame for the quality of an animated venture.Avoid this smelly Cat like the plague.
