I was totally amazed by the story line, characters, how the while series 1 was taken. fantastic acting, camera, etc., Can't wait to see Series 2 (hopefully the writer does not butcher it the same way True Detectives Series 2 was done).

This show is scary. Not in a horror genre but the suspense and intricate conversations throughout this show makes you think you are watching a non fiction docudrama. Take a movie like The Boston Strangler with Tony Curtis and couple it with a Ted Koppel from Nightline filled with factual data and you have the show Mindhunters. I really enjoyed the relationship involving the two main FBI characters. As they slowly start to develop their sense of why killers kill you have the impression that you are learning about the storyline first hand; that you are involved with the characters themselves. Watching this alone made me look out the window a few times. Creepy. Love the show. Chilling and interesting. I just finished watching season one: WOW. Spooky, especially episode 10. This series keeps you on your feet, no slouching during these viewings.

I absolutely adored this. It has the look and overall feel of David Fincher's Zodiac, which is one of my favourite films of all time. This means it looks immaculate and exudes a sense of dread that is disturbing yet impossible to resist. In fact this is what peaks your interest, as the pacing can be slow and, as suggested by my title, the series is set around more a number of (well written) interviews rather than your typical tv show events. The two central performances are superb. Let's hope Season 2 keeps it moving along nicely.

This is the turning point for forensic science police investigation. With a lot of shows a dime a dozen which has turned many of the casual viewers into a bunch of wannabe smartalecks thinking they know whodunits , Mindhunter is the exception. As the setting is in the bygone era of landline phones, dark green suits, 12 cylinder cars, it is a captivating , retrospective storytelling. Detailed yes but not boring as it has successfully captured how it must have been done by a serial killer and the tedious task of the police to try and understand the motive while beginning from scratch.Highly recommendable.
