I guess it's okay, funny enough, the acting is good. But somehow, and I know this is probably just me, I don't feel attached to it. I'd be okay turning it off in the middle of an episode if I have something else to do (and I usually don't do that). I don't feel compelled to watch the next episode. Overall, I think the characters are interesting except for Alex. After a season of watching this, I still don't see where she fits in the group dynamic. And her personality is not completely clear to me. I'll try to watch this some more and see if the story grows on me. I do think the show is okay, I just don't find (or haven't found) the kind of attachment to the show that makes me want to watch more of it.

Alex Kerkovich (Elisha Cuthbert) leaves Dave Rose (Zachary Knighton) at the altar. This leaves the group of six friends in chaos and they decide to ignore it to maintain their friendships. Alex's sister Jane (Eliza Coupe) is married to Brad Williams (Damon Wayans Jr.). Max Blum (Adam Pally) is Dave's gay best friend. Penny Hartz (Casey Wilson) is the hopelessly single gal.Six friends with interlocking lives, it sounds familiar. But unlike Friends, these six are sardonic and self-involved like Seinfeld while the jokes come fast and furious like Scrubs. Sure it's not everybody's taste, but it's mine and I just named 3 TV shows that I loved. Sadly they never got high ratings and the show was canceled after 3 seasons.

I'm actually just writing this to save this show, as it might get canceled soon. I love this show, and it SO does deserve another season! As I live in Denmark I feel really powerless, because I cannot watch it and help the ratings. I love the characters and the plots of the episodes. This show and New Girl are the best new comedy shows and I really want them to continue. The cast is excellent and the writers are amazing and I simply cannot believe the ratings are that bad. So I want to ask all that can have an influence in saving this show, to spend a little time and watch the show so it can survive. It will mean a lot to me and lots of other people. Please just watch this show and help it survive! Please...

Only show on television right now that leaves me crying of laughter. The witty remarks and hilarious comments make me laugh so hard I find myself having to skip back a few seconds to watch it over again. Aside from the ridiculous comedy the acting in Happy Endings is solid and the chemistry between the characters is incredible and one can go as far as saying that this show delivers the same excitement and humour as Friends once did.What makes this show special is the combination of the characters with different personalities finding themselves in outrageous situations. A must watch to all those who enjoy a good laugh and I can honestly say I have enjoyed every episode!
