Craig Mcracken proves that he can still create a great show(I actually like this show more than his previous show, the power puff girls)by creating this masterpiece. This show was the only good cartoon that premiered in 2004 on CN. I really love this show. It's my favorite cartoon network show and one of my favorite cartoons of all time. This show is probably the most original show that cartoon network has ever produced.Anyway, the show's about an eight year old boy named mac who is told to get rid of his imaginary friend, bloo. So he sends him to foster's home for imaginary friends, where he comes to visit bloo every day. This show is funny, creative, original and nicely animated. All of the imaginary friends have unique designs, personalities and shapes. Some even have back stories. The animation is actually very well done, even though it's done by flash. The premise is also very sweet and executed nicely. But this show does have some bad episodes. 1.the episode with goof ball was really depressing and not that funny 2.the bendy episode was not good.AT ALL!!!!!!! 3.the europe episode was good up until the part with madame foster stealing mac's tickets. That one moment made me dislike the entire episode. So,I recommend that you don't watch the three episodes I mentioned above. But all the other episodes are well written and well thought out.So if you like dexter's lab and power puff girls,You'll love this show.

8-Year old Mac a shy boy who's single mom tells him that he has his imaginary friend Bloo in the shape of a blue blob, has to leave as Bloo has outgrown him and must find him a home.Mac then takes Bloo to Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends hence the title. As he runs into an assortment of characters and that things do come to life. When they themselves are put up for adoption.Madame Foster is the person in charge and she is quite a mischievous character. As she makes a deal with Mac as if he visits the home every single day, Bloo won't be put up for adoption. There are characters like Foster's granddaughter Frankie, a 22-year old, kind-hearted Wilt, and funny purple bull Eduardo.Great show that is missed.

Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends follows Mac, who was forced to bring his imaginary friend Bloo at a home for Imaginary friends who's owners have outgrown them. In order for Bloo to never be adopted, Mac must visit him everyday. Other characters include Wilt, a tall friend whos incredibly kind, Edwardo, a big but scaredy friend, Coco, a chicken bird thing that is just random, Mr. Herriman, the boss of the house, Frankie, the cleaner, and Madam Foster, who started the home. This show is absolutely perfect, it's hilarious, the characters have great personality's, and it is so creative. Creator Craig McCraken previously created the powerpuff girls, and head writer Lauren Faust went on to create My little Pony: Friendship is Magic, so it's no wonder this show works so well. When I watched the last episode, I actually got a little teary eyed, that shows how much this show works.

    That Man

For those unfamiliar with Foster's Home or Imaginary Friends, it is an animated series created by Dexter's Lab and Power Puff Girls creator Craig McCracken and made entirely with flash, to save on production costs.Anyway, this series started off as a rather bland, but at least semi-watchable. I personally didn't have anything against it, I just didn't think it was really any interesting. At least until something horrible came along. Something so soul shatteringly annoying that I could feel parts of me die within tenths of seconds of hearing the demonic echoes of its inane squawking as it wandered around on tiny, yellow feet bobbing its large, deformed head around. This creature opened a new world of annoyance and agony for me. Never had I seen something so truly irritating that it was fabricated by a sick and deranged person. A person so full of hatred towards humanity and all things connected to it that he created an abomination. This abysmal monstrosity is so sickening that drinking a malt of spoiled milk and thousand year eggs would be less stomach churning than hearing its voice. That horrible, insidious, evil thing goes by but one name.... Cheese. That creature made me despise this show. It made me hate Cartoon Network for allowing it to violate its airwaves as well as the eyes and ears of all who view it, and the people who decided to give not only one, but THREE commercials of it wondering around babbling about nothing as well as that demon's voice over. Most of all, I hate the man who came up with it. So in the end, I give this show a rating of 1 out of ten, solely because it spawned a horror the likes of which had never been shown before. The sad thing is, this may have been a decent show were it not for that thing.
