I have been a Martial artist for many years now, and when I watched Final Fu I was very impressed with Ernie ReyesJr, the way he judged the competitions, and how he gave them instruction and tips of what to do, if the Martial Artist would only listen to the Instruction,They would learn a lot from Ernie Reyes Jr ,he is a true Expert of the Martial Arts that brings honor to The Art, I watched him fight on IKSA Awesome Job Ernie!, I look forward to seeing Ernie and his Dad Ernie Reyes in some more Martial arts Movies in the future. Final Fu was great but ,I think that if they let Ernie and his Dad direct a Martial Arts program that they would have a much better chance of turning out a bigger crowd to watch,(no offence to the directors)for the fact that Ernie Reyes Jr and Ernie Sr has the Experience and skills it takes to achieve what ever goal they set out to do,but thats my opinion.

I know that MTV only looks at the young and the beautiful in order to get good ratings for their shows. This show, Final Fu is a unrealistic look at what makes a real Martial Artist. Mr Ernie Reyes Jr. should know this! The fights are not practical.I don't think that going through these "so called" obstacle courses proves anything. I'm a martial artist. I train in American Kenpo and I've trained in Kajukenbo. I was very disappointed when I saw these episodes. I think they should have young as well as older martial artists. The fights should be more realistic, with head gear for head contact. The obstacle courses should be more realistic. These producers should stop looking at ratings and let the public see real Martial Artists!! DON'T SUPPORT THIS SHOW!!

This show was awesome. Ernie Reyes, Jr. was a fantastic host, and the competitors were all great fighters. Even when they don't kick to the head, these guys go all out on each other, battling in inter-gender fights with no weight classes, enduring crippling kicks to the body, the legs, even the groin. The challenges were all very interesting, and would test the true skill of even the best martial artist.SPOILER ALERT: I was quite pleased that the Final Fu and the winner of the $25,000 was Ninjitsu and Tae Kwon Do stylist, and world forms and weapons champion Daniel Sterling. I was rooting for him all along, and I knew he could do it.

I was quite enthusiastic abut the premise of this show. Unfortunately it was the opposite of what a show like this should be about. A show that reflects the true meaning of what it is like to be a martial artist. Instead it is filled with clearly bias judges who seem only interested in ratings and what "they" consider to be their favorites, instead of the martial artists who truly demonstrate their proficiency in their particular martial art.I will not watch this show again for for the promoters of this series, this is one customer, as well as her family, who will not support their products.
