... View MoreI watch this show religiously and I have learned a tremendous amount about cooking from Debi and Gabriele. In general Gabriele's recipes and meal combinations are excellent.I just finished watching the Supper at James Beard House episode. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why for such a sumptuous seafood meal, Gabriele allowed RED Chianti to be paired and served as apposed to a Chablis or a Pinot Noir.Is there something or someone that explains what would make the Chianti acceptable? Curious!
