... View MoreI love this show! There was not a dull moment in it at all! Great cast, great laughs. I honestly can't be bored with with this show, its impossible. It is definitely something I will watch over and over again. Ben is honestly my favorite character on the show, he's witty, cocky, and sarcastic and go he's just a delight. I started this show thinking it wasn't going to be funny. ABC definitely a good thing going with this show!
... View MoreSomeone wanted to make this sitcom, but needed a pitch and made it about a single dad. The fact that this guy has a baby is rarely a part of the plot and they mostly work around it rather than including the baby thing.Honestly one thing is making a bad sitcom, but making it on false pretenses is stupid. Ben and Riley are shallow portrayed by poor actors while the other characters are alright and actually the ones who interact most with the baby.I guess someone really likes this show, but I can't understand why.
... View MoreI love love love this show. It's set in NYC, and is one of the funniest shows out there. As a huge TV fan, I think this sitcom is what's needed in these times of political/economic instability. Although it has been running for 5 seasons now, each episode is like a breath of fresh air, promising twenty minutes of non-stop laughter to anyone who tunes in. I find it funnier than New Girl and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. The characters are all hilarious in their own right, and hold their own when it comes to comedic timing. I'm laughing non-stop throughout the entire twenty minutes. It reminds me of how Scrubs used to make me laugh in almost every scene. The script is witty. I particularly enjoy the clever wordplay and rhymes that Bonnie and Tucker bust out. Their chemistry together is the recipe for laughter. I mean all the back-and-forth and physical comedy somehow ends up funny and not tacky at all—which is rare. Everyone is good looking (even the guest stars) which, let's face it, is always a plus. The baby is the differentiating factor between this and other sitcoms. And she is, simply put, a bowl of cuteness. I'm amazed at how the directors manage to include a scene with her in every episode. It must be tough to have a baby (now toddler) on set in each episode. But she seems to have a good temperament. And I hope she can get more airtime as the show develops. All in all, I'm a huge fan of this show. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone who just needs to have a good belly laugh after a long day at work.
