What can I say apart from read the book instead. Had high hopes but the fiddling and off piste screenplay took the edge, intrigue and pace out of the original story. It could've been so good.

Completely worth the rating I've given this series, it was so good that I watched through twice. The story and visual are AMAZING! My fav character is Poe, the AI, so well acted and emotional he is a beautiful man/AI inside and out. I hope Netflix makes a 2nd series. Watch and enjoy for yourself.

Don't understand the negative reviews, this show is actually really good it has the right amount of action and beautiful views from the fight scenes to the landscape, story line is a little cliche but for what it is I would recommend watching

"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery," someone once wrote & that is the quandary "Carbon" finds itself in. With smatterings of Blade Runner & Ghost in the Shell, we have a newly resurrected soldier playing private dick out to solve the murder of the person who hired him. Navigating a world in which no one really dies since they can 'resleeve' into another body, the interior logic of the series sometimes becomes unnerving & having Joel Kinnaman, a competent lead...barely, doesn't suck you into the story the way you would want it to. I recommend Mute, Duncan Jones' attempt at the same kind of tale but told more effectively in 1/5th the run time.
