Movie gives a mind blowing start Salman Katrina everything is we needed is here in movie But a major lack of movie is that it's duration if unwanted scenes of 8-9 mins would be deleted than movie will be good enough for duration also but now it's not possible because movie wass released a decade ago but no doubt Salman Khan is quiet good actor..

I bought this movie because Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan are in this movie, they both are great actors. I did not know why Salman Khan was in this movie. Salman Khan is not at the acting level like Anil and Zayed. Therefore I really think Salman was a miscast for this movie. Don't get me wrong, Salman Khan turned out to be great in movies like Kyon Ki... 2005) and Tere Naam (2003)where he plays a retarded man. He's suited to play the roles of psycho characters. Salman Khan still wants to be the macho man. His so-called little jokes how he moves his arms when he tells he's going to fly the airplane, aren't funny.Fortunately Katrina Kaif wasn't that horrible like she has been in her previous movies. Yes, she was a little bit annoying, but she is in an improving phase when it comes to acting.Zayed Khan was amazing. When I bought Main Hoon na on DVD I doubted this new guy whether he could act or not. This man did not disappoint me. The way he acted, shows that he improved in a short time, to be a greater actor than Salman Khan. The way Zayed looks at himself in the mirror and is disgusted by what he sees, shows how this man can act without words, just by his facial expressions. Wonderful! Last, but not least, the king of Bollywood; Anil Kapoor. What a wonderful actor! What a great performance. This man amazed me with his acting from when I was just a little boy. Movies like Karma, Parinda, Lamhe, Armaan and so many more. This man is a natural born actor. The way he plays his mentally ill character is outstanding! He plays his role with so much skills. I got moved by his acting. The movie got to a climax till the end, Anil Kapoor brings this movie to the higher climax. The way how Boman Irani kills this climax is disappointing.Boman Irani plays the father in law-to be of Salman Khan. He is also a doctor. At the end where he plays a tune is terrible! A serious doctor doesn't behave like that. Boman Irani is a miscast in this movie. I would like to have seen Anupam Kher in this role. Anupam and Anil both showed to be great in the movie Karma.I also liked the music in this film. It is a pity that the one beautiful music is played over and over again, but just in a different way. But it still is good music. The singer who sings the part that Anil Kapoor acts is very good. Not every singer can sing like that. All my credits goes to Anil Kapoor, at the end of the movie I would have given Anil Kapoor a standing ovation, if it wasn't for Boman Irani to kill my mood.

I saw Yuvvraj today in a theater and I cursed myself for wasting my hard-earned money on such a stupid movie. Zayed Khan cannot act. He should not be acting at all. Katrina Kaif cannot act as well, but she is much better than Zayed Khan. I was actually quite impressed and surprised by Salman Khan. He is the only saving grace of the movie. His performance was good, I cannot call it great, but reasonably good. The storytelling was choppy, the script was confusing and the character development inconsistent and incomplete. The film just jumped from one theme to another and the story didn't flow at all. Towards the end I was like looking at my watch and just waiting for the film to end. It was really a waste of time, energy and money. It was not Subhash Ghai quality at all. I wonder if Subhash Ghai even directed this film, he must have just signed his name on it. The story-telling was so lame. The only things I liked about the movie were cinematography and the songs. Gulzar once again has proved that he is the greatest song writer in India. A.R. Rahman music is quite good too.Overall, avoid this movie. If it comes on T.V. then you can watch it, but don't spend your hard-earned money on this crap!

Yuvvraj......concept copied from 1988 Tom Cruise Starrer movie RainMan. Ideas were perfect...but in order to make this as Indian bollywood taste...things went wrong.Anil Kapoor no where suits his character.Character played By Dustin Hoffman in RainMan is memorable. Using Zayed khan was a good attempt but overall direction ws not as what we expect always frrom ghai's.Melodious songs often makes a movie blockbuster , but you need to have solid acting and plot.It strikes you, that what represents real depth, real quality is when a movie can be good without those features. When it's the dialogue, the story and the acting that strikes you. This film has really only two characters, all others play only minor roles But this film also has such fine, very true episodes, small stories in the larger film. summarising, its a worthwatching for once.
