I am very surprised by this war film from Russia. I guess it is part fictitious, this tale of a soviet commando, during WW2, who had to get rid of Hitler in his headquarters, in Ukrainia. But the characterization is actually effective, convincing and entertaining all long this 115mn movie. Above all, there is a subplot I won't spoil here. And from this, you get a very surprising and downbeat ending. I am also surprised that no one has commented it yet. Even from Russia. I don't know if it has been released in a proper way. On DVD or theatres.I suppose there are more films like this one, hidden somewhere in distributors'vaults. Worth seeing. Unlike many war films made from these last years.
