This is a terrible film. Poor editing, inappropriate music, wretched sound, and -for the English version- equally terrible dubbing. To add to this, the story is beyond comprehension. I found it strange that a Nazi party could operate on a such a level inside China (them commies might have retaliated sooner and with more than a guy in a jeep). I just found out they did rely on archive footage of Jackie Chan. They forced the story to bend around his fighting with a giant man, and a gaggle of lady fighters. Awful! They even used doubles (one tall and thin, the other short and stocky) and filmed them from behind to add Chan into a third fight. Certain sequences that could be satisfied with a five second shot are suddenly stretched into a minute(since when do Nazis ride on the hoods of cars swinging slings of fire above their head?). The rest of the film looked like a power rangers show. Despite all of this and far more, this remains one of those films which is so bad you will laugh till you cry. Watch it with some friends and you won't be disappointed. Thus I award this film an enthusiastic 6 out of 10. "ha ha ha ha ha ha....I hate the Nazis"
