Super Juice Me! Trailers

The world is facing a “pandemic” of chronic disease – heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity, asthma, kidney and liver disease, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune diseases, allergies and skin conditions and many, many more. This year more than 36 million people will die from degenerative conditions – more than from all other causes put together*, and that number is expected to rise to over 50 million within 15 years. At the same time, the amount spent trying to treat these diseases with pharmaceutical drugs is expected to rise by 50% to more than $1.2 trillion! One summer Jason Vale took eight people who collectively suffered from 22 different chronic diseases and put them on his ‘Juice Only’ diet for 28 days. Could these different diseases with their many different prescribed drugs be improved and even cured by one thing? Maybe it’s time to get Super Juiced!

Super Juice Me! was one of those documentaries that you sit down to watch with no real expectation and get your mind completely blown away!! It was just fantastic to see a bit more of the Jason Vale story and his motivation behind his 'mission to juice the world'. It's totally captivating to see the eight participants journey and progress. This documentary is for so many different people, the benefits of juicing are plain to see and it's not done in a self righteous way at all but simply that the results do the talking!! From beginning to end it keeps you interested and it has a great mixture of the serious facts to humour which keeps you captivated and engaged. Well worth spending the time to watch this fantastic documentary!

Super Juice Me! is a very thought provoking documentary about our diets and our relationship with medicine and drugs. It's not about dieting, but about lifestyle - and it is certainly challenging!Jason Vale and all of the experts and 'Super Juicers' are interesting to watch - and it's clearly very candid - it doesn't cover up how the Super Juicers feel - it's very honest, which is unusual for similar documentaries. It's really interesting to watch the Super Juicers' journeys through the 28-days we following them - the highs, the lows and everything in between.Without giving away too much, it's well shot, well made, the characters are very real and very relatable. In short - this is well worth a watch! I'm sure you will find it as eye-opening as I did - it's also a very pleasant invitation to explore your own lifestyle.
