Very slow, boring. Don't waste your time. It is not a movie. Crap crap...

A detective from Hong Kong teams up with an American gambler to battle against a notorious Chinese criminal. I was never a huge fan of Jackie Chan but i did always find him a good actor and the fact that he is doing his own stunts was always impressive but lately his movies haven't achieved the impact that they once had and i get it times have changed and he is getting older for sure but honestly i just finished watching Skiptrace and i don't get the hate it received sure it's not a perfect film i mean the story and the comedy at times could have been a lot better but that doesn't mean that it was a complete disaster i honestly think that Jackie Chan's American Movies are way better than the ones he is doing in China and i'm just being honest. Skiptrace had a lot of great action scenes and there was a lot of fight scenes in like every 5 to 20 minutes and that is what i like about films like this , the stunt work was terrific and basically it's a Jackie Chan movie so what did you expect? His chemistry with Johnny Knoxville was amazing and although i think that Knoxville is not that great of an actor he works pretty well done for films of this level and he did a great job in The Last Stand a few years back where he starred alongside Arnold Schwarzenegger. Also Eve Torres as a Russian chick named Dasha? Was pretty cool too so overall i found Skiptrace a very enjoyable film it had great action, great stunts and the humor for the most part worked plus the twist in the ending added a bit drama to it as well which i liked. (9/10)

I first heard of Jackie Chan from the Rush Hour movies. Since then I've watched him come out in a few good American movies. Not every movie can become a hit. SkipTrace falls in between his best and those that were not so good. The story line is not original, but how can it be with so many cop movies and TV shows out today, but bring in a little Jackie Chan humor and it becomes a decent movie. It's not a Hollywood blockbuster, but who needs Hollywood when you have Jackie. Johnny Knoxville is not known for being a great actor, but his performance is good enough to help move the movie along. I was never bored watching this movie, it kept my interest from beginning to end. That's all you can ask from some movies. I was surprised it was only released in Italy? and not the US? Was it straight to DVD after Italy? Doesn't matter, if you can't find anything on TV to watch, check out this movie it will help waste a couple hours of you life.

3/10. Jackie Chan and Johnny Knoxville team up to catch an elusive criminal. Let's start off by saying I really love Jackie Chan, although a lot of his movie are very cheesy they are still worth watching for the fight scenes and stunt work. However this film is very sad, to see him getting old and struggling to do any decent stunts. Some of the fight scenes were still fun but very lacking, I think he really needs to change to a different style of film now to suit his age, he is 62. Knoxville was fine in the supporting role, but nothing special. Renny Hardin as director could have done a much better job here, with films to his name like Die Hard 2 and Cliffhanger, I would have expected more. Don't bother seeing this film, it just made me sad to see Jackie too old for this kind of movie now, and will make you sad too if you are a Jackie fan.
