A silent film production company and cast make a difficult transition to sound. Singin' in the Rain has alot of music unfortunately it has little on the story note and that's where the movie falls apart completely cause it's no 'The Greatest Showman' or 'Les Miserables' and no offense not every Musical is good as a whole and this movie is not cause i have heard so many things about it and in the end i was very much disappointed by how awful it turned out to be and how poorly written it was and except the songs it doesn't give anything else to viewers. (0/10)

When Movies or pictures as they called them they had no sound and then the movie the Jazz Singer was the first talkie movie to be brought into mainstream and when it came out there was a storm for all studios to jump onto to making talking movies and the plot of Singin' in the rain follows a production studio that is trying to swich over to talkie movies and have a tough time doing it and we follows a on screen couple Lina Lamont and Don Lockwood and off screen they are not a couple but when a beatiful voiced women played by Debbie Reynolds who will help bring life to talkies. The Cast is Gene Kelly as Don Lockwood,Donald O'Connor as Cosmo Brown, Debbie Reynolds as Kathy Selden,Jean Hagen as Lina Lamont,Millard Mitchell as R.F. Simpson and many more this cast are filled with energy and they bring fun and quirky energy to songs like singing in the rain and good morning and the broadway ballet there energy is amazing. love this movie so much the songs are unique and funky but also they are not basic for a musical and they are not afarid to have a musical number go on for a very long time the story is great the acting is great the music is great and this is one of the original musicals and it will always have that title this movie is just amazing

Singin' in the Rain is the best musical movie ever seen. Love, hate, laughter and cry are emotional elements planed professionally within the movie. Lighting, coloring, voice effects, and color mixture are amazing. There is too much spirit it this movie and it is nicely articulated within face, dance, movement and voice of actors and actresses.

The camera angles and shots are unlike you've seen before.Gene Kelly and Debbie Reynolds take you to another world, you will feel as if you apart of this artistic masterpiece. If you haven't seen this, I don't know what you have been doing in your life.
