Pretty Dead Things Trailers

Adult film star Jennifer Bond has everything a girl could want: looks, power, a fabulously dangerously sexy boyfriend…and immortality due to the fact she was transformed into a vampire circa 1979. But as her 50th birthday draws near, she returns to the town she left in search of the love of her life, the aging porn director John Welles. Unfortunately, one of her travelling companions and former co-star takes a shine to one of their midnight snacks, a pizza delivery boy, and she creates a new vampire with a taste for bloody revenge! As the four ex-porn stars ravage the town as part of their nightly fun, the pizza boy hooks up with the beleaguered mayor and the Moral Majority to stomp out the dangerously porn star-vampire menace.

Unhappy vampire porn star Jennifer Blood (nicely played by the attractive Danielle Lozeau) and her more content undead companions forge a trail of sex and splatter to her hometown in search of the love of her life. Meanwhile, crazed pizza boy victim Denver Longshanks (a hysterically manic performance by Patrick Pitu) tracks the bloodsuckers down in order to exact his revenge. Director Richard Griffin, who also co-wrote the offbeat and racy script with Sandeep Parikh, relates the the entertainingly off the wall story at a snappy pace, delivers both a decent smattering of yummy gratuitous female nudity and a handy helping of in-your-face gory'n'nasty violence (one poor guy even has his penis bitten off!), offers a tasty evocation of the sordid porn milieu, does a sound job of creating a heady decadent vibe, and milks plenty of laughs from the amusing sense of blithely lowbrow and twisted humor. Moreover, it's acted with zest by a game cast, with especially enthusiastic work from William DeCoff as down on his luck hack porn director John Welles, Ashley Eaton as the adorable Shelby St. Exxmin, Ross Kelly as the suave Rex Van Horn, Salvatore Marchese as the corrupt Mayor Bowden, Donald Foley as scuzzy producer Mo Blu, and Robin L. Watkins as wacky priest Billy Oswald. However, it's Jason Witter who easily cops the top thespic honors with his deliciously wicked portrayal of the vicious and predatory Shane Starkweather. Caleb Emerson's garish cinematography provides a striking stylized look. A fun little fright flick.

I highly recommend checking out this indie horror flick if you get a chance. If you are into the horror genre and you haven't seen this then you are missing out. Hot Chicks, Fun Plot, and Serious Cinematography completes things film from beginning to end. I have seen other Griffin/Marr Scorpio Films before, but this one takes a huge stepflowing brilliantly. Excellent work done especially by Ross Kelly, William Decoff and Patrick Pitu with great comic relief by V. Orion Delwaterman. The scenes that I grew fond of where Samuel that involved (Delwaterman) played this character that reminded me of Gollum(from LOTR). Check it out ASAP!
