I watched this movie because of its captivating description which attracted my attention. The intrigue is based on couple of medical residents with some morbid pleasures. Although the premise of the movie was good it was weaker than i expected because of some aspects which were poorly developed or entirely missed. Pace of the movie was good,slightly hurried, but the fact that aren't too many things to show, this is the only way to keep your interest. Same thing i could say about the end which certainly could be more elaborated. A minus which i considered was the fact that they haven't explained the audience, and entirely unbelievable the underlying reasons of that macabre game. The intentions of killings were explained evasive even if whole premise of the movie is based on that. Another thing this movie missed was proper character development which were also not credible in their role as MD's and they didn't gave that feeling that you're indeed watching some psychopaths in white coats. Their behavior was rather puerile (the jokes made at work) and they were not acting professional so their behavior and the killings couldn't be a long lasting combination. When i saw how they manifested i kept thinking about Dexter, how professional and meticulously worked everything and still raised suspicions to someone. As a plus, i liked the explicit scenes of the autopsies, the realistic violence and the "hot" scenes that were nicely put together. Overview, a movie with a promising idea which could've been developed more and more realistic. It's not the kind of movie which i intend to watch another time but certainly it wasn't a waste of time.

What was that?! Was my first thought when the movie ended. Truly awful movie from start to finish, you keep wondering what's the point. Surprised to see Alyssa Milano in a rather small girlfriend part, who adds nothing to the plot. Was there a plot anyway? Mediocre acting, lousy sets. Bloody horrible! They needed a reason to create more bloody scenes. Some of which are very disturbing, and I'm not shy. I can't understand how such movies can be made? I kept hoping for some kind of smart move, in vain. It's full of gore and nonsense. Run away.

This movie was the biggest waste of time ever !! Not only was the plot and script CRAP the actors were very terrible too!!! I expected so much more from Alyssa Milano. The corny come up with the "good doctor" gone bad is just stupid. Why would he not like Jack at first if in the end he was just gonna buddy up with him. Now I like horror and thriller and crime movie but this was unacceptable. There was no motive, no concept... Just a cheap budget film with amateur sex scenes and gore. I would have rather watched Saw. I expected so much more of this movie and it could have been better if they had a different director and script. This movie had so much potential and I'm so disappointed how it turned out. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS MOVIE PLEASE DO BECAUSE IT WILL BLOW YOUR BRAINS HOW STUPID IT IS!!!!

This movie was absolutely pathetic! and i hated it!.This movie is extremely flawed and extremely stupid and it was sick!. This film has so many problems and the main one is the story,this film has no story or not much of one and the second problem is the characters,there was not one single likable character in this whole film!.every character in this film was sick and very immature and very weird,and how i managed to sit through this whole disgusting mess of a film i don't know!. I don't think i have seen a film this bad since (Smiley) and i must say this film is equally as bad as that one was!. This film completely blew my brain cells! or what was left of them!. I'm surprised i still had a brain after watching this film. The film is about a bunch of people that work in a morgue and the main character who is supposed to be the good guy turns into a psycho at the click of a finger which makes no sense at all.how can he be okay one day and then crazy the next?.I have Absouloutly No idea. This film was not scary or entertaining it was just sick and very unpleasant and whoever made this film needs their head examined and fast!.some how the Doctors in this film managed to kill a bunch of people at a hospital without anyone noticing and for some reason their seemed to be no security cameras at the hospital anywhere which was rather "conviniant" and some how the main character ended up working for the psycho doctors which made no sense and its never really explained. All the doctors did was buy him a drink and all of a sudden he's best friends with them! even though he knows they're dangerous,and why the guy never went to the police the moment he suspected they were sick people i have no idea?.maybe he liked them and didn't want to turn them in but that doesn't make sense either because why would he like a bunch of sick freaks that talk about killing people?.I don't know and i don't care. this film has so many problems and the list goes on and on! and on!. the only character in the film that was okay was the main characters wife and even she isn't given much to do, her role was very small and it was almost pointless for her to be in the film because she is killed off in the end anyway which could have been avoided if her Moron of a husband hadn't of brought her to town in the first place!. why the hell would the main character bring her to town when he knows she'll be in danger there?. the main character knows his work colleagues are deranged people and yet he brings his wife to meet them!.why did he do that? i have No idea. why didn't he tell his wife his work colleagues were dangerous i have No idea?.how could he have not known that the psycho red head would only get jealous if she saw his wife? Once again i have No idea. the man either did not care or he was just Dumb!.this film has problem after problem after problem. poor story check! poor characters check! poor writing check! and a poor pathetic ending check!. i did not care about a single person in this film except Alyssa Milano,she was the only good thing about the whole film! but even her appearance could not save this film from being abysmal!. every other character in the film was very sick and hateful and there was no character development and a lack of motivation for what the Doctors did.maybe they enjoyed killing people or maybe they just didn't know right from wrong i don't know and i don't care anymore. To sum things up this is a very sick film that lacks suspense and tension and how this film got a rating of 5.8 i have no idea!. This film was trash! and it doesn't even deserve a 3.0 let alone a 5.8!. This is one of the worst films i've ever seen! and everyone should Avoid this!.
