I was interested in watching how this Hitch Bollywood remake would turn out to be, considering the fact that it had Salman Khan, Govinda, Lara Dutta & Katrina in it... & to be honest- I was a bit disappointed that the script had nothing new to offer. It was an exact copy of the Hitch! But, what I did like about this movie was the way the actors portrayed their roles in the film... Specially Govinda for me, was superb throughout the film!If I go on with a critical aspect then there's no great talk for this movie. But considering the kind of audience it was supposed to attract- Partner did a great job in doing so.Anybody interested in taking a break typical Bollywood style should really watch this film!!!:)

This movie is widely admonished as being a copy of the Will Smith feature Hitch. That movie was dull. This movie isn't so much dull as unbearable. Govinda looks way past his prime. He is not at his best doing roles like this. It is similarly unconvincing as his performance in Deewana Mastana.Salman Khan is at his eye-aching "best". And that's in the few scenes where he remembers to put clothes on. It could only have been through nepotism that this eye-sore's scenes could be saved from the trash bin of any movie's cutting floor.Another case of Bollywood embarrassing itself with it's shameless cloning. Another case of the Bollywood audience majority embarrassing themselves by making this a hit.

Honestly, I have to admit that I go and see certain stupid films based on the hype they have generated or are currently generating. This dumb Salman Khan & Govinda feature is one of those stupid films. Okay, by now we've all seen 'Hitch' starring Will Smith as a date doctor trying to help out odd people find true. Then why would we need to see Salman Khan re-enact this? Therein lies the $64,000 question. In case you were wondering, Govinda plays the oddball in search of the love of his life (an unreachable socialite) played by Katrina Kaif.Lara Dutta is along to play Sallu's Eva Mendes, and Sallu's real-life love Kaif pretty much plays her character like every role you've see her in thus far, no stretch no acting required. And for nearly three and a half hours we get tortured with spoofs of other Bollywood films and characters or better yet we get treated to low rate performances of past hit films. Rajpal Yadav co-stars. F

Its great to see two of the biggest stars in a comedy together. They both are wonderful actors and superb in performance. However for me personally I could not appreciate this film as we have known Govinda through all his films as a person who can get his girl easily. For this reason it was difficult to appreciate that Govinda would need advice even if it from the King of Bollywood Salman Khan.I have not seen Hitch, which apparently this is a blatant rip off from but from the cat in that movie I feel it probably had the same flaw.Im not a fan of Katrina kaif so I'm glad she was pretty easy and the hard gal was the gorgeous Lara.this film needed more jokes and this should have been implemented when the main tow stars got together.Chota don or Rajpal Yadav is a good actor but his character was over the top and made you just want to turn away at points and laugh at the similarity of him and ShahRukh Khan, whom recently produced a rubbish remake of Don.
