I thought the film was brilliant. I thought John Anton's acting was excellent as well. He really reeled me in with his intensity and his complete disdain for Baines, the mayor. I totally identified with his excitement when he revealed to Melanie's dad that he had the perfect incantation (and a butcher's knife) to send that innocent man (Mr. Jingles) back to hell where he came from. I also loved Baines' realistic portrayal of the angst ridden mayor, terrified the town would learn the real events of what actually happened the night Angie Randalls parents were murdered. His anguish and his pain I felt deep in my bones. Even being bothered by something as simple as some crazy old bitches lunch program sent his anxiety sky high. I especially loved the romance between Angie and Rusty. Their chemistry practically jumped off the screen! In the end though, what made the movie was the shockingly frightening looking Mr. Jingles and his rabid killing spree, most notably his gruesome severing of that one young man's enormous penis, which he then tossed like a boomerang and hit his friend in the face with, before hurling a hatchet in his forehead from 100 feet away in broad daylight.

This movie was one of the worst i have seen. Do not waste your money buying it or your time watching it. I could not even get through watching the first 15 minutes. It seems like this was made for a high school project, but honestly, a high school project would turn out so much better than this movie. The cover and summary make it to be better than it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the budget for this movie was less than $50. You would honestly have a better time watching the grass grow, than watching this movie. I am giving you this warning hoping you will do better things with your time than to watch this.

Expected worse. The cemetery owner was the first and last believable character. The clown and makeup were pitiful. The group scenes had to be unscripted a mistake amateurs make. The movie took a dump with the first murder FX. Gratuitous, drugs, sex and foul language. Camera work was terrible there was never enough light. Nude scene was a breast exam. Were they doing a public service announcement?Best to watch as a comedy on horror. The movie is filled with one liners they just don't come close enough together to make a dialog. You have probably read most of the other comments but check this movie out and see if you don't agree with me.

It's been a while since I have watched such an atrocity in film. And to think this film is a sequel to the 2003 direct-to-video killer-clown movie "S.I.C.K.". In this presentation, Mr. Jingles wreaks bloody revenge on those who put him away. One survivor has spent years in an asylum to recover from what she saw, but upon her release, Mr. Jingles returns to finish what he started.I shot a movie off of my cellphone that turns out better FX and dialogue than this movie... Actually.... I watched better movies in highschool that were done for film projects... If you want BAD EVERYTHING in a film... this is the film for you... And what's with the cheesy one-liners?
