Fifteen years ago, Violy Langit (Eugene Domingo), an owner of a small funeral parlor, learns that she is suffering from a medical condition that requires her to undergo a hysterectomy. All her life, she’s wanted to have children, and she realizes that she has to do it before the procedure. But Violy has no man in her life – no husband, no boyfriend, no suitors. She seeks the help of her gay best friend, Mandy (John Lapus). Out of pity and love for Violy, Mandy offers his boyfriend, Carlo (Diether Ocampo) to serve as a sperm donor.

Eugene Domingo comes into her own in this film as the title character, a funeral director raising triplets on her own. Most of the film takes place now, the kids are teens and they are curious as to who their father is but Violy (Domingo) doesn't want to tell, since it was not out of love. This film is a series of cute scenes as Violy tries to remain relevant in her children's lives as they begin relationships. Ms. Domingo seems to relish this role, being very adept at this kind of slapstick. While it isn't laugh out loud, it has funny moments and it has a heart. Its worth watching in and of itself, but I recommend the DVD, as it has deleted scenes which are actually funny and a making-of-featurette. Ms. Domingo is ingratiatingly cute in this and I think she should continue to do comedy, her timing is good. Enjoy.
