I FOUND IT ALL OVER THE INTERNET and got nothing... Can anyone tell me where to get the subtitle??? I love this movie. thanks.

I found this movie as a last resort to leave my blockbuster and once i saw it i couldn't understand how it had not gotten more publicity or acclaim. Adrien Brody's acting in this movie is incredible, yet reminiscent to his portrayal of Richie in Summer of Sam. Charlotte Ayanna is also amazingly real and relatable in a way that i feel many other actresses could not acceive. Although the romance between Jack and Claire seems to go progress too quickly it is one of the most real and unflinching screen love story i have seen recently. Overall this movie is incredibly real and the acting is superb. It deserves far more credit than it is given.

Just seen this movie in TV and I think it was gorgeous. Very good acting and characters, nice plot and quite near to reality. I think I have never felt more sorry for a girl like Claire in a movie. And I could just feel what Jack felt. This movie is much about feelings, love, sex, crime and downfalls. I know guys like Jack and girls like Claire and they are very good portrayed here. I loved to watch it. In a comment I read that Brody isn't the best choice for this role not because of his acting but of his look. Brody ain't the beauty sunny-boy, but he has a special kind of look. Someone you see and you will remember him. His face is one in a million plus the character he played makes a very remarkable person. A person that a girl could fall in love with, no matter how she looks like. And remember Claire's former boyfriend, maybe not a bad one, but that was not was she was looking for. And besides: I have seen so many hot girls together with ugly guys...hey, it's not always the look, it's the way to be! ;)

I am 51 and have never wanted to see a follow up movie until "Love The Hard Way". It was not until the 2nd viewing that I noticed how Brody's acting was so delicate. When he first waits for her at the dock or pier, you see the insecurity in his eyes. I noticed many other things that I found excellent, and I was irritated that I did not get a "real ending". I saw that he really wanted her as "his girl", and I loved the mental breakdown in the bathroom of the bar. To my way of thinking this story is "more real" than many people realize, or have experienced. Also, the way A. Brody's tone of voice changed when he was humbled at thinking he lost her to the lifestyle he did not like, but, was compelled to "act out" the childhood nightmare he came from, and secretly wanted to have a stable life. I'd like to see Brody and C. Ayanna do a sequel, and see where life goes in a healthy relationship. It could be set up in flashback, maybe some narration and the sequel would be an interesting continuation that I feel many would enjoy. I don't think I'm extra smart, but, when it comes to acting I'm pretty good. So....Would you consider doing "Love The Hard Way" 2? There are so many different ways to continue this movie. Thanks for listening. This movie left me hanging, and I want more! Hope I have no typos.
