1945: The red army stands at the gates of Berlin. In their desperation the Nazis turn to the most obscure Scientists. Through cruel experiments a new secret Weapon has been created - unstoppable and alive. A Russian attack destroys the lab, but the weapon - buried underneath the ruins - is immortal. Lost in time, it lurks in the darkness, only to return again. 2012: Punk-Rock legend Spike Jones leads a group of friends into the ruins of the old Nazi Lab. The complex shall be cleaned up for the reunion concert of his band. Believing they would help a poor soul, they free the beast from its prison. But the creature of the Nazis does not know about thankfulness. Again the smell of blood fills the old laboratories and screams of terror echo through the darkness. As now, the Werewolf starts his war against humanity.

During WWII Germany is experimenting with a Romanian werewolf to kill Russians and not kill Germans. Just as they achieved success, the Russian army swoops in. In modern time a group of young adults want to hold a party in that same abandoned building. The critter is still alive. There wolf costume was stiff with a rubber mask and not as good as the one in "Full Moon High." Half of the film is infighting among the characters and the other half is them running away. Not very strong in dialogue. No real introduction of the "final girl."Guide: F-word, sex, nudity you can miss (Carolina Rath)

This movie, from start to finish, is a bit of a disaster. The actors range from overactor to not an actor, to a varying degree. Their characters are hyper-stereotyped however, so it sort of works. The setting is pretty good, and the storyline a fantastic pile of myth drivel. The Wolf is... Bad... Like, really Bad. Pure B movie bad and then some. The only thing this movie really lacks, is a generous helping of self- deprecating humor. But if you're not too hung up on it, it's actually a lot better than a few choice titles of recent, better budgeted, horror movies. And if you can forgive the terrible effects, it's actually slightly reminiscent of American Werewolf in London. So. Expect nothing, and you will be rewarded.

I hoped, even prayed that the intention was comedic all the way for Iron Wolf, but once again, utter complete failure! You can not imagine how weak this movie actually is, and from my words alone, you'll barely manage to make half of an impression, thus I warn you, whatever you imagine, multiply it by two, to say the least! You can pretty much tell how bad it will be from the first 10 minutes. The actors, the accents, the surroundings, the costumes, everything is just plain ol' amateur style. Of course the cherry on the cake is the Wolf itself, and here is where I have to draw the line. I can't explain it, describe it, it is beyond me. Check for some pictures online and maybe you can find the design of this dreadful creature and decide right there and then that Iron Wolf is most definitely a pass! The ending itself is laughable in the worst way possible. I don't know what budget they had, no idea how they came up with the script and how on Earth could they possibly think that they can pull this off. Acylum productions are Oscars nominees compared to this one. Stay away! Just...don't!Cheers!
