First off, these high reviews have to be planted/fake. This has to be, hands down, one of the worst movies I've ever seen. The acting is horrendous. I've seen better from elementary school kids in a school play. Just terrible. The audio and camera work is mind numbingly bad. Do not waste your time with this one. I've seen better films on youtube shot with phones. This is a piece of crap made for propaganda use. Some actors in this are better than others, but the worst one has got to be the old man professor character. What garbage. This movie makes an Uwe Boll film look like Oscar material.

This movie really amaze me for real...at how bad it really was. I rarely give a score under 4 but this movie has just crossed it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Christian and I have faith in the rapture and Christ's second coming. But if you think Nicolas Cage's last Left Behind was poor, this movie is really a reject and doesn't deserve to tell the possible story of Rapture. The script maybe flat at best, but really the overall directing is very bad. Thus the rest of the technical details follow suit. The camera angles worked just like a home video amateur, burring off focus most of the time, even though the difference is very slight. The sound quality is really crap, too loud on one end and barely covering the background at the other. The acting really adds to this movie bad presentation. Luckily I watched this digitally and didn't bother putting any money into it.

NO subtitiles. No clue what is being said in Japanese, Spanish or any other language. My favorite thing is, this is the APOCALYPSE. This would be easier to actually believe if there weren't all those people walking around when the main characters are talking about "there's no one around". Um, yeah, there are actually about 1,000 people around within the frame you're shooting.Yes, this is low-budget, but seriously, Photoshop out the rest. Just try even in a half-hearted way to make it even less than what you spent on it.The acting is good for what it is. The direction needs a LOT of work. The special effects reflects exactly what the budget is all about.I rewatched this movie. It is actually worse than I said. It is really, horribly, pathetically, bad. Budget doesn't hold this horrible thing back. What holds this back is direction. People are DISAPPEARING from the Earth. Yet, apparently, that doesn't stop the cabs from rolling by or the people who keep mugging for the camera.Honestly, this movie isn't worth anything anyone says. It's just really bad. No, that would be an insult to the word bad. This is just (give me a word worse than bad) I'm lost otherwise. Don't waste any moment of any second of any rapturous horrible time on this piece of potato fodder, it's just that bad.

Let's start by saying that this movie is an utter waste of time. Why? It's incoherent and incomprehensible. The concept was dumb to begin with but the horrible direction doesn't help it either. And the acting was oh so bad, it made some of the worse movie I've seen look good. The transition between the stories is very amateur and done horribly. Not to mention they are set in different countries with different languages, making them painfully confusing.I've seen Indie movies by amateur directors done better than this. Cannot believe there are people here calling this the best movie they've ever seen. I guess this is the only movie you've ever seen, if that's the case. Not recommended to anyone. You're better off using your time on other things. This is a complete waste of time.
