Face2Face is aspiring and entertaining but from a critical point of view, it negates... totally down and under. Mammooty has nothing to do in this script-driven plot than devise cheap humor and look glamorous. The story is about a murder of a pedophile and how it gives a political correct social message, that is what is for the rest of the movie. Siddique is good as SP while the newcomers fare just below average.Filmmaking factors were brandished and direction is too bad, editing is feeble while screenplay sucks badly. Inclusion of useless songs at the beginning & in the middle added to the spoilsport. The message is in parallel to what we are currently seeing - happenings around the world. But, the execution and outcome is very bad. The climax sucks and I felt robbed as the running time of 120 minutes felt too short for the prepared story. The first half falls in a ratio with second half with respect to information advance is 3:97. Well, it is of course a one time watch specially because each one of us need to realize what is actually happening. Politics, sex & acquittal - watch it for these factors and their relation.BOTTOM LINE: Not much of a thriller, but watch it if you are a Mammooty fan and have enough spare time to WASTE. Because if you skip F2F, you wouldn't miss much. Can be watched with a typical Indian family? YESLanguage: Strong | Violence: Critical | Gore: Critical | Sex: Implied | Nudity: No | Smoking & Alcohol: Very Critical | Drugs: Implied

Balachandran (Mammootty) is a corruption-free cop who always stands by his ethics. His aim is to wipe out criminality and wherever he is posted, he immediately springs to action. As a result most of the times he is under suspension. His uncompromising war with the antisocial elements makes him the prime target of racketeers both inside and outside the force. Finally he decides to ditch his uniform to continue his fight. In the middle of the tumult Balachandran has to forgo all personal comforts including his family. This is when he comes across the silent murders occurring in the midst of modern urban life. He probes into it and this forms the crux of the story. As the name suggest the movie brings life and death face to face.
