...but fell flat on its face.With a decent budget, plenty of locations to film, a somewhat large cast, decent combat scenes and cinematography, it should make for a good flick.Instead, it is gutted by tedious, standard dialogue, poorly executed. Too much chatter, barely a hint of emotion in it, all of it stuffed together in chunks that just can't jabber squeezed into it without any breaks and pauses.Oh yeah, the plot? Like a bone with a few pathetic strips of meat on it.Movie might have worked if the acting and speech was top-notch (think Pulp Fiction), but with this standard of acting... forget it!

i think i need to repeat myself when i say: this could very well be the worst movie EVER made ... ever! shot on location in Bangkok, Thailand this attempt at film making is a shameless exercise in story telling, direction, acting, costuming, makeup and styling. the characters and plot are so lame that even a few decent fight scenes amongst the endless barrage of fists and feet can not help this disaster.to top it all off the producers felt compelled to include gratuitous sexist nudity in what must have been an attempt to create some chatter on the Internet that would lead to either ticket or DVD sales.as mentioned by other reviewers the hardest part of watching this film was the dubbing. its as if the people who were doing the voice-overs were not allowed to view the film while they were working on it.if i had anything to do with how IMDb builds the interface for this great website i would have to initiate a negative star rating system so that this particular film could be accurately rated. the only people who should receive kudos for this production are the people who raised the money for it, because i have no idea how they could have ever gotten anyone to invest in this film in the first place.further, all the other people involved in this production should be banned from ever making another film again, or even allowed to go to the movies.so in closing i would like to say again: this could very well be the worst movie EVER made ... ever!

I'll keep this simple. The story is bad, made absolutely terrible by some of the worst voice-over work I've had the misfortune of hearing, and I've played some terrible games and watched some terrible films in my time.The action is choreographed reasonably. This doesn't mean it's good, it's passable. It's noticeable too often and there is too much reliance on fighting, making it seem like it's just a wet dream fantasy of some random guy.This wet dream fantasy is culminated with shoe-horned sex scenes or just random female nudity. Now, granted, this actually is the best part of the film for me, as a hot-blooded male who thought the film was pretty crap. The women were very attractive, but were simply there to be that, which is a shame. I say women, it was just one woman really, and a topless Asian girl right at the end.Honestly, the film is just plain bad, start to finish. The only redeeming feature is the rare, but nice to look at, nudity. That makes me sound terribly misogynistic, which I swear I'm not (!), but it's the truth. It's not worth watching.

Our two heroes belong to an "Institution existing many generations" (oh boy) as the "filmmakers" put it.Apparently some other guys from another "institution" for some reason don't really like our heroes.But instead of just shooting and being done with them they decide to fight them in endless lame martial arts battles in always the same abandoned, derelict buildings.There is really not much else going on.I guess the filmmakers have been let out their "institution" way too early or they were treated with the wrong meds. (I call them "filmmakers" but they are not really filmmakers.) Do I really have to mention that the actors suck as much as the script, the cinematography (if you really want to call it that) and the "directing"? If you really want to waste your time watching some dorks beating up other dorks then you'd better also check into some kind of "institution existing for many generations".But make sure they don't let you out early like all the zero talent guys who have made this crap.Where are Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan when you need them? Oh crap.
