That's not possible...no! In 2018 we still have garbage like this? It might be one of the worst movies i've ever seen. The acting...i have no words. The blood, it looks like the first Peter Jackson movie. The characters are unbearable, they make very very stupid decisions, it's cliché, predictible, the whole package. Kitamura please stop making movies it's an insult for the industry, and for us.

This film is a thriller of suspense, thrill and action. Its rating is only 5/10. It is true that the film's heroes are not brilliant names, but they performed their roles in a literal manner. Photography and places were more than wonderful. The bloody sights were above description. The film was realistic and logical. The conclusion of the film was tragic and surprising to all. In conclusion, we thank all who participated in the making of this wonderful film, first director Katamura, which the directors should learn from. Your lover Walid

Sometimes I wonder if I'm watching the same film as the other critics? 'Downrange' is a pretty straightforward gore-fest, low budget flick, cast of relative unknowns ... for me it works well, tension is maintained throughout the 'phases' of the film, particularly during the various 'standoffs' when the characters work out what the hell to do. If you go into this movie with realistic expectations you come out satisfied. Director Kitamura makes slick horror and fantasy films obviously even when he doesn't have a massive budget to play with. And lastly, leave the actors and script the **** alone, it's not half as bad as some of the rubbish I've seen recently.Be honest, we all love a bit of cheese occasionally :)

For the first half of the movie, this movie creates suspense, and all that. However the other half is really bad.Lot of things don't make sense1. All of a sudden, the girl could text to their parent ... "she said.. ".. just my parent just in case:".. I thought there was no signal at the area they were.?!!2. All of a sudden, the cops were notified and how did they know it was a sniper or shooter?! I mean, logically, the cops would come up and check around the area and/or the victims. But instead they came out and shoot.3. I mean the shooter never goes to bathroom, eat. He was eating/drinking there all those hours?!This movie is focusing on victims, not anything about the intention about the shooter and I get that. However, at the end, the shooter came out like a big foot. And few close shots he got and he was still like not dead... while the first victim was shot from distance with one shot and dead.The good thing about the movie is that it does not seem to be CGI anyway. the flipping cars and special effect are okay. The acting was so so. But this also gives viewer the creep about going any where. The message is not clear. it basically is about danger everywhere and it may give real nuts some idea about how they prey victims. If you know someone who is mentally disturbed and have guns, don't let him/her see this movie!
