30 for 30: Collision Course: The Murder of Don Aronow (2013) This fifteen-minute short starts off talking about the rise of Don Aronow, the man many considered to be the greatest boat maker in history. We learn about how he got the business up and running and then things turn to his murder, which is still an unsolved mystery. The documentary points to the fact that Aronow was making boats for countless drug smugglers and we learn that one bad deal might have led to the murder. The film is certainly among the best in the series thanks in large part to some fine direction as well as interviews with the police doing the investigation as well as the only eyewitness.Episode: A-
