Didn't expect the film to be as good as it was due to the reviews of people saying it wasn't worth watching. I only watched this because of Drake Bell- I love Drake and Josh so I thought it would be funny. The only down-side to this film, is the story. The story didn't seem to have an ending only the 3 guys back in high school & Kevin (Drake Bell) a changed person.I would of liked to have seen the 3 guys going to that same college for real.Funny film, laughed through it, but once you have watched it- thats it. Drake Bell <3

Really, when I read the reviews I decided do not watch the movie. But yesterday I watched this in TV and it is not so bad movie. Perhaps I would not buy this in DVD or pay to watch this. But it is not so bad to see one day in TV. It is not the best movie, that is clear. I think the main problem is the protagonist. I agree with some reviews that said that he is so annoying (and bad playing) that you do not want to take their side. I do not know who though that Drake can play this character. Zero charisma for this type of character. The antagonists for another side, they played very good their characters. You enjoy the revenge because you dislike them more than because you love the protagonists. Great job of Nick Zano. I did not recognize him first. After to read he was the same nice younger love of the character of Cox in the fist episodes of Cougar town (I realized that for IMDb), that show me he is a good actor. Because the two are so different characters and he plays the two very goods (College and Cougar Town). Scrip: not so bad. Actors: protagonist awful Antagonists very good job.

... you might actually kinda enjoy this. Not that it is any good compared to many other "raunchy" teen comedies (some of the best lately being the first American Pie movies), but if you stop comparing this to other movies (like Superbad, another great comedy, that cannot be touched by this movie), this won't be a complete waste of time. The characters are cliché, but while mostly bland, the actors still try their best and almost achieve to give them some edges. There are many flaws (if I start to think about them, it'll loose a point or two), but in the end, this movie delivered, what you could expect it to do. So while my rating is low, if you happen to have low expectations too, they will be met, by this. Of course the fecal and urine jokes are not really the best side of this, but it's up to you to decide, if you wanna go down "that road".Some story lines are being left in the dark, others are underplayed (or dealt with wrongly, the girlfriend storyline), but the three main girl characters have a sweetness to them, that is kinda fun. I guess I liked seeing them try ...

I read a lot of the comments on here before viewing. OK first off, it is certainly not worth paying money to see in theaters (but that is besides the point considering that it's not in theaters anymore). The acting wasn't bad, nor was the actual content in the movie, but it just felt like the poor man's Superbad...same premise, just done worse.Casting Drake Bell as the lead is a bad idea. I've watched a few eps of his TV show "Drake and Josh". I think it is a pretty decent TV show, just it has him in a dual-lead situation with Josh Peck, and Josh is the real reason the show is as good as some perceive it to be. Casting Drake without Josh is akin to casting David Spade without Chris Farley, to put it better. The other two main characters, the fat one and the nerdy one weren't terrible, but they weren't great either. What you usually find with these trio-lead movies like Superbad, or quad-lead like Road Trip, is good harmony between the characters that makes for some funny situations. There really wasn't much of that in College, especially with the fat one knocking on the nerdy one all the time. Remove that from a movie like this and you are spelling disaster. What made Superbad good was its slapstick comedy and some very good banter back and forth from the all the characters. There wasn't much of that in College, but the movie was comical to watch. OBVIOUSLY what occurs in this movie is not what goes on in college for the most part, but its fun to dream, i suppose.Contrary to what all the 1/10 comments would have you believe, you should be capable of sitting through this movie start to finish. There's a lot of TNA in the movie (look it up if you don't know what it means), so some good eye candy. The only thing that this movie was lacking was some good dry, sarcastic humor that you would find in Superbad and the sort.
