I'm astonished this movie was ever made!! I would rather have surgery on my crotch than watch this again!! Billy Zane is a really good actor, why the hell did he agree to do this?? The dialog is complete crap- one scene really stands out for me.... Billy Zane cheated on his wife with a busty whore/skank that writes lame songs for him- she sends him a provocative picture in the mail, he looks at the picture and starts dirty dancing and OPENLY speaking about the things he wants to do to her not noticing his wife behind him who hears everything. He is startled by her and I swear his exact excuse is " Don't ever sneak up on me while Im practicing my stadium moves". I feel cheated out of 2 hours of my life, whatever you do- stay away from this movie!!!! I see the estimated budget on this film was $1,600,00.00, is this a joke? They would have been better off putting all that money in a paper bag, setting it on fire, then dropping it in a river. I would rather take a baseball bat, wrap it with barb wire, and shove it up my own ass than watch this again!!! Oh, and here is a spoiler-- Billy Zane dies at the end- ironically, you will wish you were dead too!!! thank you, goodnight

This movie was totally misleading in it's title. What surprises me is that it is being rated "MA" by the cable channel that is showing it. I have seen more action in a PG-13 movie than appears in this film. The story about a fallen idol battling demons when he tries a comeback has been done before and done much better. The dialog was terrible. The acting is little better than an amateur film. Billy Zane sleepwalks through the whole picture.Despite what another reviewer said about being tested and getting good results, I have to believe they were either high or drunk when viewing the film. They could not have seen the same film I viewed. The film only had a $1.6 million budget, filmed in Canada for TV and there are no box office stats available. I suspect the reason for that is it went straight to DVD.

I stumbled on this movie completely at random, and I was not expecting anything special. Thank god for that. This movie is not as awful as the two other reviews (at the moment) are saying it is. It's just pretty much clichéd. It's obvious they were trying to play it "Wild Things", but hey, not every writer is Stephen Peters. The scenario is quite easy to guess, which is always a problem for that kind of movie : it's all about the ending, of course, and if that ending is foreseeable... well, it kind of throw the whole plot out of the window. Also, the direction is very conventional. Nothing new, nothing really pleasant, but nothing catastrophic either. It's just 100 % old school. However, I disagree with the previous reviewers about the acting. It's not brilliant, that's for sure, but it's OK. We can't expect much more from the actors for a simple TV movie. All in all, I wouldn't advise anyone to watch this movie, but I wouldn't beg them not to. It's not great, it's forgettable, but if you've got nothing else to do, you can give it a try. Just watch it while doing some crosswords to keep your mind busy. ;)

Not very good thriller has Billy Zane as a one hit wonder who blew it all with sex drugs and other nastiness working on a come back when a beautiful blond vocalist comes into the studio. He's smitten and she puts him back on the roller coaster of sex drugs and rock and roll thereby jeopardizing his marriage.Toothless thriller falls apart because its hands are tied due to its TV origins. Actually it falls apart with a script that isn't very good and promises way more than it ever delivers. Even a super late in the game twist that seemed to come out of nowhere (or was I just not paying attention?) fails to add any real life to this rather poor movie. Given the choice I'd take a pass.
