Tupac's story is legendary. He is the King of Rap without a doubt. The movie tells his story. Good acting by newcomer Demetrius Shipp.
... View MoreA series of snap shots of his life. Very disappointing, not what I expected. His history and his mother's history could have been so much more in-depth & inspiring but the directing is not what it should be.
... View MoreOverall this was a good movie, well directed. They did what tupac would have wanted this movie to be about, his philosophical foundations, how it evolved from the black panther to a rapper spreading words of self love and change. I now understand the meaning behind the "Thug life" tatted to his chest. The one playing Tupac mother is an amazing actress. The only weakness came in the music early on, when they let the actor rap tupac words, that was awful, they should have lip-sync that part like they did the rest of the movie, I enjoyed the movie, and I will watch it again anytime I want to recall the greatest rapper ever.
... View MoreI watched this movie hoping to hear some good music and see the Biggie vs. Tupac Rivalry. Instead Politics and racism run rampant during the 2 hr 30 min movie, way too long. Def not fun and def not enough music. Plenty of social issues and half truths that are partially explained . My rating is that it def blew my buzz
